Course overview
Housekeeping Level 5 Qualification consists of competencies that an individual must achieve to carry out housekeeping operations. It entails managing guest experience, front office operations, housekeeping operations, laundry and linen from operations and facilities and property repair maintenance.

Entry Requirements
An individual entering this course should have any of the following minimum requirements:
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) D (Plain)
Or
- Housekeeping Level 4
Or
- Hotel catering and accommodation
Or
- Equivalent qualifications as determined by Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA)
And/or
- As may be guided by relevant regulatory body
